We highlight Personal Support Workers for Special Care Homes who are qualified and excited to come to Atlantic Canada. We have placed several people with various companies in a variety of different fields.
Demand
We have been assisting people in finding work in Atlantic Canada for many years. While we supply many different parts of the employment markets we are focused on supplying workers to the Special Care Homes. This is a place where there is a real shortage of people. The population is aging and the demand is increasing for special care.
Assistance
People are coming to us through Immigration Agents and/or Immigration Lawyers. We are contacted by the lawyers/agents to place them with businesses that are in need of help. We are compensated by the Lawyer or Agent that were hired by the people. There is a great deal of work to get people cleared through the immigration process. It is time-consuming and takes many months. We ensure that the process is followed completely and all the proper qualifications are met. The process is difficult at best and dealing with the government bureaucracy makes it more difficult without our help.
